This policy covers https://crx-platform.com, our VIP groups and conversations on Telegram, phone calls with our team, and our customer support.
2. The short version
- We collect only what we need to provide the service, take payment through our payment processor, keep the service safe and adults-only, and meet our legal duties.
- We never see or store your full card number. Our payment processor handles payment.
- Your conversations are private and sensitive. Only authorised team members, and the service providers we need, can access them. We never sell them.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
3. What we collect
Information you give us
- Your Telegram account details: user ID, username, display name, and profile photo if it is public.
- Your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and any proof of age we ask for.
- Your email address, and anything else you tell support.
- Messages, photos, voice notes and other content you send in conversations.
Information from payments Our payment processor processes your payment and sends us limited details: subscription or transaction ID, plan, dates and amounts, status (active, cancelled, refunded, charged back), country, and the email used at checkout. It does not share your full card number with us.
Information about calls Call time, duration and the team member involved. Calls may be recorded for quality and safety; you are told at the start of the call, and recordings are kept for up to 90 days.
Information collected automatically on our website IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and the referring link, collected through cookies and similar technology (see section 9).
Sensitive information Because CRX is an adult service, your conversations may reveal information about your sex life or sexual preferences. Many laws treat this as a special category of data. We process it only to provide the service you asked for, with your explicit consent when you join, and we limit who can access it.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We do not use your data for advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
5. Our team and AI tools
CRX is run by our human team, with AI tools. Our team supervises every conversation and often writes replies itself. AI tools help the team draft replies, edit and enhance images, and keep replies fast. To do this, parts of your conversation are processed by AI service providers acting on our instructions. They may not use your data for their own purposes beyond what their contract with us allows. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing.
6. Who we share data with
We share data only with these recipients:
- Our payment processor, an authorised third party that handles your payment under its own privacy policy, which is linked from the payment page.
- Telegram, which delivers our VIP groups and messages under its own privacy policy.
- AI service providers that process conversation content and images on our instructions.
- Hosting, storage and email providers that run our systems.
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, bound by confidentiality.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or to report suspected child sexual abuse material or other serious crime.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged, under the same protections.

7. International transfers
We are based in Israel. Our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. The European Commission recognises Israel as providing an adequate level of data protection. When we transfer data from the EU, UK or other regions to a country without such recognition, we use the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
8. How we protect your data
- We limit access to conversations and member records to authorised team members who need it for their work and are bound by confidentiality.
- We require our service providers to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.
- If a breach is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
No system is completely secure, but we treat your privacy as central to this service.
9. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies, for example to remember that you confirmed you are 18 or older. If we use analytics or other non-essential cookies, we do so only with your consent where the law requires it. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
10. How long we keep data
- Conversation content: while you have access and for 12 months afterwards, then deleted.
- Payment and transaction records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Age confirmations and proof of age: for as long as you have access, plus 3 years.
- Support emails and complaints: 2 years.
- Content reports and related records: for as long as needed to handle the report and as the law requires.
When we no longer need data, we delete or anonymise it.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, the EU and UK GDPR and US state laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act may give you the right to:
- see the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to some uses;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that has already happened;
- opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal data (we do neither);
- complain to a data protection authority, such as the Israel Privacy Protection Authority or the authority where you live.
To use these rights, email support@crx-platform.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will answer within 30 days, or sooner if the law requires. We never treat you differently for using your rights.
Deleting your data ends your access. It does not cancel billing by itself, so cancel your membership as explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
12. Children
CRX is for adults aged 18 or over only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we close the account and delete the data, except what we must keep or report by law.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you before it takes effect.
14. Governing law and contact
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. It does not limit any rights you have under the data protection law where you live.
